We we want to make sure we comply with new Data protection rules and respect your privacy. When you come in for your appointment you will be informed and asked permission for the following:

* SMS and email reminders and booking change notifications are covered under service-based communications and don’t require additional client consent, but if you do not want these then contact the manager Rebecca via email.

* We email clients welcome packs with appointment and grooming care details which is service based communication and doesn’t require additional consent, but if you don’t want to receive this then contact the manager Rebecca by email.

* We do not share your data with any third parties. We use it to contact you about your dog/s and keep a record of their appointment history to provide you with the best service each time. If you would like access to your history, please contact the Manager  Rebecca by email.

* You can contact the manager Rebecca by email at anytime to have your details removed from our database

* We never ask people to review us, we believe its your own choice if you wish to do so. But we do like feedback and would like to send you a follow up message to give you the opportunity to let us know… HAS THE GROOMER ASKED YOU IF YOU ARE OK WITH THIS?

* We know life gets busy and we are here to keep your dogs as healthy as possible so would like to send you rebooking reminders if we haven’t seen you for awhile…. HAS THE GROOMER ASKED YOU IF YOU ARE OK WITH THIS?

* Sometimes we have promotions, very very rarely, but we would like to let you know by SMS or email…. HAS THE GROOMER ASKED YOU IF YOU ARE OK WITH THIS?
