The legal jargon

Terms and Conditions

The groomer will not be held responsible for irritation, abrasion, cuts, patchiness or hair loss due to any pre-existing skin condition, and/or as a direct result of the grooming process. This includes but is not limited to the catching of warts and cysts, sensitive skin, dogs moving around, nails bleeding.

I understand that I should arrive to my appointments on time or the groomer may not have time to groom my dog, but I will still be charged for the appointment

If I do not give 24hrs notice cancellation for my appointment I will be charged the full price.

I will pick up my dog at the agreed collection time or incur a fee of £10 every 30mins, unless pre-agreed with the groomer.

I will do my upmost to ensure my dog has been to the toilet before their grooming appointment.

If my dogs behavior and temperament requires a longer appointment time I will incur extra charges at £10 every 30mins

If the groomer finds fleas on my dog they will automatically be treated in a flea shampoo and/or spray and I will incur a fee of £5minimum depending on size of dog.

I understand that the groomers estimated pick up time may vary for various reasons and I will not hassle or upset the groomer to hurry up.

I understand that Collection/ delivery times are subject to change dependent on the groomers daily schedule

I understand that Doggroomology do not give dogs any kind of medication (unless requested by the owner). My dog may be quiet after their groom as they are tired or relaxed

I understand that I must sign a de-matting consent form prior to my dog having any matts removed. If the groomer cannot get hold of me they reserve the right to either proceed with de-matting and they will not be liable for any rashes/cuts grazes etc or cease grooming but I will still be charged at the full groom price. I will be required to sign the de-matting consent on my return to collect my dog.

If for any reason I am unsatisfied with my dogs groom I will endeavor to behave in an amicable manner to resolve the situation. Doggroomology takes slander and threats very seriously.

I accept that to protect its best interests, it is against policy to friend or follow members of staff from Doggroomology on social media.
